Upon check-in you will receive information about each restaurant including door to door directions from the inn. (A few of these excellent establishments are pet friendly restaurants during the warmer months.)

Little Harry’s - Rutland. 802-747-4848 Romantic yet eclectic restaurant with fabulous diverse menu. Everything they do from the appetizer to dessert is memorable. Little Harry's has become a Vermont institution and a favorite of our guests. Distance from the inn: 5 minutes. No website. None needed. Try it and you won't be sorry.

Countryman’s Pleasure - Mendon. 802-773-7141 Chef Hans has created one of the most special treasures in all of New England. Bavarian fare complete with the touches of passion all served in a post and beam style house with multiple rooms and hearthside seating. Perfection. Countryman's Pleasure is a can’t miss. Inn at Long Trail - Killington. 802-775-7181 Rustic, beautiful setting, fantastic Irish food! Live music on Fri and Sat. Also excellent pub. Distance from the inn 15 minutes. website

Three Tomatoes Trattoria - Rutland 802-747-7747 Italian; great wood fired pizza, homemade pastas Distance from the inn: 5 minutes.

Back Home Again - Rutland. 802-775-9800 Everything in this fantastic restaurant has been built by hand...the tables, lamps, hearth, ceiling, etc are the life work of people dedicated to beauty, health, and of course, great food. The restaurant features an amazing wholesome menu with 2 specials daily. Distance from the inn: 5 minutes. website

The Vermont Inn - Mendon 802-775-0708 Romantic New England Inn with a cozy country dining room and an unmatched country menu. (Great people too!)Distance from the inn: 15 minutes. website

Victorian Inn - Wallingford 802 446 2099 Top-notch Swiss-American cuisine in a beautiful Victorian home. Distance from the inn: 15 minutes. website

Mountain Top Inn Chittenden 802-483-2311 - Quite possibly the most beautiful view in all of Vermont, this picturesque setting is the backdrop for a fantastic traditional restaurant. Mountain Top also provides other amenities such as sleigh rides and ice skating in the winter and outdoor seating in the summer. website

Hemingway’s Killington 802 422-3886 – Five star country restaurant. Fantastic fixed menu. It is an experience! 30-40 minute drive and worth it! website

The Red Clover Inn - Mendon 802-775-2290 Romantic and elegant country inn. Four beautiful dining rooms and a creative menu. website

Pasche's Seafood Kitchen Rutland (802) 775-6010 Seafood restaurant with a New Orleans flare. Pet friendly restaurant - Outdoor seating in the warmer months and nice and cozy in the winter! 5 minutes from the inn.

Café Provence Brandon 802-247-9997 Chef Robert started the Cafe Provence in 2004 after running the New England Culinary Institute for 16 years. Now his first rate eclectic restaurant has become a landmark in Central Vermont. A mouth-watering menu and phenenominal desserts. A 25 minute drive from the inn. website

The Lake House Lake Bomoseen 802 273-3000 Breath-taking sunset spot on magnificent Lake Bomoseen offers a fantastic diverse menu and live music. 15 minutes from the inn.
