Our Approach to the Coronavirus...Step 1: HUG YOUR DOG
First we wish to share some good news. According to the World Health Organization, the Corona Virus is not contagious to dogs.
However given the threats to humans, we are taking increased precaution to protect all visitors and staff at the inn by first following the guidelines that have been outlined by the CDC and World Health Organization for service providers like us, and then asking our guests to do the same.
At this time, we are accepting reservations for all future dates with a full reopening on July 1. We remain asymptomatic and optimistic that the beauty and cleanliness of Vermont offers a great form of mental therapy in this difficult time. Since we are a small inn, we can take even more measures towards sanitization and to limit congregation in enclosed spaces. We have converted numerous rooms within the inn into suites for in-room dining and other creature comforts. We are also asking all guests to check the Vermont State Guidelines prior to making a reservation to ensure that you are comfortable with any restrictions that may still exist surrounding the virus.
Communication with us about any concerns is very appreciated and necessary. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email, phone or text (802-558-2661), or by sniffing us out at any time. We are here to serve you and to make sure that your visit is as stress free as possible.
In addition to taking precautions within the inn, until this situation is past us we have adjusted our cancellation policy. If you feel that you may be at risk by traveling to Vermont, or if you feel that you may be putting us or other guests at risk, your deposit fees can be applied in full towards a future stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We are all in this together.
Wishing you warm thoughts from Vermont. Hug your dogs and cherish what we have,
Mitch, Jen and The Paw House Pack
