OUR ROCK STAR
In 2010 we were greeted by a ten pound terrier mix. His name was Stanley and he changed our lives. For 12 years Stanley ran the inn with his charming personality and debonair underbite. Each morning Stanley would greet each guest on his porch - a perfect start to a Vermont experience. We celebrate Stanley every day. In the spring of 2022 we dedicated the room off of the porch to his memory. We love you so much Stanley and know that you are always here with us.
Meet STANLEY! Handsome, debonair, and very charming, Stanley ran the inn and warmed everyone's hearts since 2010.
This is Stanley's Gotcha Day! photo from 2010. He was flown in from Ohio where he was fostered by a loving family via KaleidoscopeK9s - a wonderful rescue organization that serves the entirety of the United States.

We like to joke that Stanley was a retriever in a terrier's body. Here he is choosing an apple from our favorite dog friendly apple orchard in Shoreham, VT.
